Section 01
These terms address access to and use of the public Insuracube marketing website, including its company, product, service, and educational pages.
Insuracube Technologies, LLC operates the website as an insurtech software-and-services company serving independent Medicare, Life, and Health agents and agencies throughout the United States.
These terms do not create or govern a software subscription, customer workspace, implementation project, managed service, support relationship, data-processing relationship, or other paid engagement. Those relationships require the separate documents applicable to them.
Section 02
You may access and use the public website for lawful informational purposes, to evaluate Insuracube offerings, and to communicate a legitimate business inquiry through an approved website path.
Your use must respect applicable law, the rights of others, and the security and operation of the website. Public access does not grant access to a product account, administrative area, source system, or other nonpublic resource.
Section 03
Do not use the website in a way that harms the service, other people, or protected rights.
Insuracube may take proportionate steps to protect the website and may restrict activity that violates these rules or threatens the service, subject to applicable law.
Section 04
Insuracube is an insurtech software-and-services company. It does not sell, solicit, negotiate, bind, or underwrite insurance through this website.
The website is directed to independent Medicare, Life, and Health agents and agencies. It does not offer insurance, provide an insurance quote, recommend coverage to a consumer, make an insurance decision, or promise that a visitor or business satisfies licensing, carrier, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
Section 05
Website and article content is general business and educational information. It is not individualized insurance, legal, financial, compliance, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for evaluating information in light of your own facts, obligations, licenses, contracts, carrier rules, and applicable law, and for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
A description of a workflow, service, software capability, artificial-intelligence use, or operational approach is not a representation that it is appropriate or lawful for every business, jurisdiction, carrier, customer, or use case.
Section 06
Public website content does not guarantee business, marketing, search, sales, revenue, lead, conversion, compliance, integration, artificial-intelligence, or other results.
Product and service capabilities, deliverables, dependencies, timing, support, availability, pricing, and responsibilities are established only in the applicable product or service documents. Website descriptions may change as offerings and verified facts change.
Section 07
The website contains original and third-party text, design, software, graphics, photographs, branding, product materials, and other content that may be protected by copyright, trademark, license, and other laws.
You may view and use the public pages for their intended informational purpose. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a broader right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected material.
Third-party names, marks, platforms, fonts, photographs, and other materials remain subject to the rights and licenses that apply to them. Nothing on the website grants permission to use a third party’s rights.
Section 08
The Contact and Book a Demo request forms are currently disabled. If collection is later approved and enabled, use those forms only for a legitimate business inquiry and provide information you are authorized to share.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer, fiduciary, advisory, agency, insurance, professional-services, or other contractual relationship. Any engagement requires the separate written documents applicable to it.
Section 09
Agency Interactions and Cube Connect Digital are standalone software products hosted separately from this marketing website. Describing or linking to them does not make these website terms their product terms.
Product access, authorized users, customer data, integrations, artificial-intelligence providers, support, availability, fees, licensing, termination, and other responsibilities require the product-specific documents applicable to that relationship.
Custom services are consultative and scope-led. Deliverables, timing, dependencies, ownership, payment, support, and responsibilities are determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, or service agreement—not by the public marketing page alone.
Section 10
The website may link to product applications, social networks, and other websites or services operated under separate terms and privacy practices.
Insuracube does not control the content, availability, accessibility, security, or data practices of an unrelated external destination. Review the destination’s terms and notices before using it or providing information there.
A link identifies a relevant destination or relationship; it does not create an endorsement of unrelated content, products, services, or claims at that destination.
Section 11
The marketing-site Privacy Policy describes the website information practices, essential cookies, inquiry gates, and product-application boundary.
Product applications, customer accounts, and separately contracted services may require separate privacy notices and data-processing terms.
Section 12
The public website may be corrected, updated, restricted, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. Website content should be verified before it is used for a material decision.
A temporary outage, outdated page, typographical error, or description of a planned or configurable capability does not create an uptime, response-time, feature, integration, security, support, or future-development commitment.
Section 13
This website is intended for insurance professionals and other adult business visitors. It is not directed to children under 13.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the website. Any future inquiry workflow is intended for an adult acting for themselves or with authority on behalf of a business.
Section 14
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on August 3, 2026.
When these terms change, the date shown on this page will be updated. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
