Section 01

Scope and website operator

Insuracube Technologies, LLC operates this public marketing website as an insurtech software-and-services company serving independent Medicare, Life, and Health agents and agencies throughout the United States.

The website provides company, product, service, and educational information. Insuracube is not an insurance agency and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, bind, or underwrite insurance through this website.

This policy applies only to information handled through the public marketing website. Separate product applications, customer workspaces, product support channels, and contracted services may process different information under separate notices and agreements.

Section 02

Information handled during a website visit

Like most websites, the site and its delivery systems receive technical information needed to return pages, maintain sessions, diagnose problems, and protect the service.

The reviewed application uses these records for website delivery, request verification, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. The application does not use them to provide insurance quotes, make insurance decisions, or create a product customer account.

  • Internet Protocol address and request-routing information.
  • Requested page or file, request time, response status, and referring page when supplied by the browser.
  • Browser and device information contained in the user-agent string.
  • Session, request-verification, rate-limit, security, and diagnostic information.

Section 03

Contact and demo request information

The Contact and Book a Demo request forms are implemented but currently disabled, so the website does not presently accept or store information through those forms.

If collection is later approved and enabled, a genuine submission will be stored with its creation time, privacy-acknowledgement time, the version of this policy shown with the form, a user-agent string limited to 500 characters, and a keyed hash of the resolved visitor IP address. The inquiry table does not store the raw IP address or the hidden spam-trap value.

Attachments are not accepted. Do not submit policyholder, claim, health, financial, payment, government-identifier, password, credential, or other sensitive personal or customer information through a general website inquiry.

  • First and last name.
  • Company or agency name.
  • Business email address and optional phone number.
  • Selected company, service, or product-demo topic.
  • The message and other information the sender chooses to provide.

Section 04

How website information is used

Information is used only for the website and inquiry purposes described in this policy and for related legal, security, and operational needs.

The inquiry acknowledgement is limited to handling and routing the submitted request. It does not subscribe the sender to a newsletter or authorize automated marketing, profiling, or unrelated use.

  • Deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
  • Validate requests, apply rate limits, and reduce spam or other misuse.
  • Route and respond to a contact or demo request if collection is enabled.
  • Provide information requested by the sender and maintain appropriate business records.
  • Comply with law, enforce website rules, and protect rights, safety, and systems.

Section 05

Cookies, analytics, and external requests

The reviewed public website uses essential session and request-verification cookies. It does not include an analytics service, advertising pixel, consent platform, scheduling widget, or embedded third-party media.

Essential cookies support request security, session-based validation, and form status messages. Blocking them in browser settings may prevent those features from working correctly.

The reviewed application does not contain special handling for browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; it also does not include optional analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technology.

Public fonts and images are served from the website itself. Social destinations and other external resources are ordinary links rather than embedded trackers; the destination receives information under its own practices only after a visitor follows a link.

Section 06

When information is disclosed

Website information may be disclosed only as needed to operate the website, handle an approved inquiry workflow, meet legal obligations, or protect the company and others.

The reviewed workflow does not publish inquiry content or make it available through a public account. A separately operated website or product reached through a link applies its own privacy practices.

  • To authorized Insuracube personnel and approved inquiry recipients who need the information to handle a request.
  • To infrastructure and operational providers that process information to host, deliver, secure, or support the website.
  • To Postmark for internal inquiry-email delivery only if that separate delivery gate is approved and enabled.
  • To governmental authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and systems.

Section 07

Current collection and storage status

Because the inquiry collection gate is closed, the website does not currently create Contact or Book a Demo inquiry records or send inquiry content through Postmark.

Ordinary web-server, session, security, and application records may still be generated when the website receives a request. This policy does not state a fixed retention period or deletion schedule.

Section 08

Security

The reviewed implementation uses safeguards designed for the limited information and functions of the marketing website, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • Server-side validation, request-verification protection, allow-listed topics, and no file attachments.
  • A hidden spam trap and configurable rate limits without third-party fingerprinting or CAPTCHA.
  • A keyed IP-address hash in genuine inquiry records rather than storage of the raw address in the inquiry table.
  • Independent fail-closed gates for inquiry collection and email delivery.
  • Baseline browser security headers and restricted production email routing.

Section 09

Your choices

You may browse the public informational pages without submitting a contact or demo request and may choose which information, if any, to include after a form is approved and enabled.

You can control essential cookies through browser settings, although request security and form features may not work correctly if those cookies are blocked. The reviewed website has no optional analytics or advertising-cookie preference to manage.

Section 10

Children’s privacy

This business-to-business website is intended for insurance professionals and other adult business visitors. It is not directed to children under 13.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. If Insuracube learns that the marketing website collected personal information from a child under 13, that information should be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Section 11

Standalone products and external destinations

Agency Interactions and Cube Connect Digital are separately hosted software products. This marketing-site policy does not govern their accounts, workspaces, integrations, support systems, or customer data.

Links to product applications, social networks, or other external destinations do not extend this policy to those services. Review the notice presented by the relevant product or external service before providing information there.

Section 12

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated on August 3, 2026.

When this policy changes, the date shown on this page will be updated. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
